Phil is all about helping clients in any way he can—and he can in many ways thanks to his experience working with individuals and organizations in a variety of fields, and formal training in Applied Psychology with concentrations in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Evaluation Research, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. His project management experience has made him an effective and adaptive facilitator of change on everything from comprehensive needs assessments, community-based research, formative and summative program evaluations, and impact evaluations. He has helped evaluate and document impact for more than $25 million in programs and initiatives, working with government agencies, non-profits, private foundations, healthcare entities, and educational institutions and systems.
Beyond helping clients, Phil also serves as the Vice President of Budget & Finance for the Arizona Evaluation Network and is an active member of the American Evaluation Association.
