Brandy A. B. Perkl, Ph.D.

Brandy is a distinguished leader—and her list of achievements and institutional accomplishments will be the first to prove it. As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist by training, and a mentorship and leadership skills advocate by design, Brandy used these skills to help found the Organizational Leadership program at the University of Arizona, and continues to use her background to help build culturally inclusive environments. Her undergraduate research lab, The Mentoring and Leadership Collaboratory, aims to make culturally intelligent mentoring a common practice by educating future leaders on the importance of diversity and how empowerment can be found through evaluation.
