Phil Stoeklen, M.S.
Partner & Co-Founder
Phil is a co-founder and partner at Viable Insights. He has a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with concentrations in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, Evaluation Research, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Phil manages many of the evaluation and org development projects at VI, but brings specific expertise to educational program evaluations and community-based research projects.
In addition to Phil’s project work, he is also the administrator of VIRB (Viable Insight’s IRB service), is a former instructor and coordinator for the Evaluation Studies and Institutional Research graduate certificate programs at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In that capacity, he taught courses covering evaluation theory, data collection techniques and best practices, and evaluation applications.
Phil is also an active member of the American Evaluation Association, President-Elect of the Arizona Evaluation Network, and a Director on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau Serving Southern Arizona.
