Their work focuses on building equity and accessibility through personal growth & embodiment practices. Libby uses all of these skills to provide intersectional and liberation-forward guidance to organizations and clients seeking transformative change.
In addition to bringing the traditional methods of organizational development to her work, Libby also brings breathwork and cultural somatics practices that help ground the work in a place of deeper connection. She served on the Board of Directors of the American Evaluation Association (2020-2023), facilitates the Feminist Evaluation Regenerative Network (FERN), and co-hosts the Radical (Re)Imagining podcast with Deven & Tiffany.
